享用本會各項服務 必須出示有效會證
凡教協會員及家屬於本會購物或要求服務時，均必須出示有效會員證或家屬證。此乃一向實行的措施。
由2013年11月1日開始，本會將嚴格執行以上措施。但本著服務會員的精神，若是本會會員及家屬證持有者本人忘帶會證，則在出示身分證，並填寫有關表格，經本會職員查證身分後，也能暫准購物或取得服務。唯此項體諒措施，只適用於本會會員及家屬證持有者本人。
請勿借證
理事會收到多位會員的投訴，表示知悉有會員向其他人士，包括非會員借出會員證，來會購物或享用其他本會的服務。
有鑑及此，理事會特在此作出呼籲，會員證乃個人證件，應自行保有及運用，懇請不要外借給其他人（包括學生），以免影響其他會員享用本會福利及其他服務的權利，謝謝！

Strict Enforcement after 1 November 2013For enjoying all our union’s services, valid membership card must be shown.
When the union members and their family members do shoppings or request services in our union, they are all obligated to show their respective valid membership cards, and this is our usual practice.
From 1 November 2013 onwards, this measure will be strictly enforced. However, in the hope of offering quality services with hospitality, in case our union members or their family members forget to bring along their own membership card, they will be requested to show their identity cardand fill in a form, so that their identity can be verified. They can still have temporary access to services after the verification of their identity, but this grace only applies to the card holders of the union members and their family members.
